I purchased 2 Apple laptops from MTN in December 2010 with a 500MB bundle 3G cards.
I have phoned MTN and went into your store at the Pavilion shopping centre in January 30 - 2013 to cancel the contract.
As the 24 month contract has come to an end and I don't want to extend it.
To date I have not been sent a statement from MTN from 2010 to 2013.
I have just had a look at my bank statement today and I see you have debited my account in February and in March 2013 after I have cancelled the contract.

I have a customer in store that has cancelled hes account on the 30th of January 2013, however he understands that he had to give a 30 day notice, now that he had cancelled it they have debited hes account twice.
He called in to 808 and they assisted him and gave him a reference number which is:96574553 and 96574564, which was on the 30th of January for the cancellation.customer then went onto the website and laid a complaint but received no response.that afternoon on the 4th of april customer called in again and spoke to pertunia, and she gave customer a reference number:98659643.and up till today customer has received no response and is now irate.
