I have been a loyal customer to African bank, never default on my payments for 3 years i have been a client. Last year October i had a problem, was on unpaid maternity leave, i tried to make payment arrangements (faxing, emailing and phoning) but i received not help but a bad treatment from consultants who will phone me everyday and i would have to explain one statement over and over again.
Due to lack of communication defaulted by the bank, i am facing unnecessary bank charged and a bad credit record though i did my best to inform African bank of my situation.all i wanted was for my account to be debited at the end of May 2013 as i resumed working in April 2013.
on Monday 03/06/2013 my account was debited twice for one account and the other account was not debited, i am still facing the same harassment from consultants regardless of how many times i have to explain one story over and over again.
