After being SIM card-less (and thus in communicado) for almost a week, and having spent hours on the phone to Vodacom Customer Scare/ Vodacom Customer Disservice the good people at the Festival Mall branch of Vodashop had me sorted out and on track in 45minutes!
I applaud the attitude and efforts of the franchisee and employees and condemn the complete lack of service, interest or achievement of Vodacom proper and their Call centre.
