WHAT'S THE NET?

Online it states that Nashua Mobile opens at 8am. i arrive there on Monday morning to find the store opens at 9am. At 9.10am I return to find 2 female staff standing outside. I enquire as to what the correct opening times are. Christine points to the door where the sticker of times are. I said "yes but the net says 8am". She says "whats that - net"?

She then proceeds to inform me that the manager with the keys is having a crisis and she doesn't know when the store will open. I then asked about a backup plan or do we all just wait til 12pm til the crisis blows over. She then said "well his car broke down and the other manager is in Nandi drive in a meeting".

Basically she was encouraging me to leave. I said to her "I have to hand my phone in and this is not acceptable". The manager then arrived and I'm explaining her bad attitude and she starts arguing with me loudly that she never said "breakdown" rather "crisis". She refused to give me her name and locked herself in the staff room.

The manager uttered a feeble "sorry". This lady is a disgrace to Nashua Mobile. She clearly has NO customer service training.
