I sent in my blackberry 9300 to vodacom world on the 8th August 2013 for repairs because one day when I was charging it after wards I removed the charger on to find that the inner charge point came out with the charger. Two weeks later Stephina from vodaworld calls me to tell me that they have decided to take my phone out of warranty because it shows that at some point it once fell and chipped at the corner. This phone is hardly a year old and it has never given problems except for that charge point that needed to be reinserted. Is this the kind of service one has to get from vodacom for being such a long time customer and for that matter I have 3 contracts with vodacom which now I don't even see the reason why I should continue with vodacom if they are going to treat customers this way. I'm very disappointed with vodacom for such disservice.
