NEVER UPGRADE WITH VODACOM DIRECT

After 4 weeks and more than 24 hours spent on my phone Vodacom direct failed to keep there promises time and again! Bad attitude and even worse responding! I've left Jacob Manamela 5 messages and sent him 2 emails and he still hasn't returned my call! they keep me on the phone for about 30 min every time I call and the direct number Jacob gave never works! They completed my form when I upgraded for me and filled in field which they never even asked me about. After dealing with the most arrogant team leader, Olga Motsumi, I got hold of my upgrade recording, after she made me wait for hours and sent me to a vodashop so that they can handle the case further. Well I've also learned that no vodashop wanted to help me seeing that they say they don't have ANYTHING to do with Vodacom direct. I'm so frustrated and disappointed in the way they treated me! They kept tagging me along and never gave me any feedback! I advice everyone to never make use of Vodacom direct seeing that their supervisors are the worst with treating their clients! I want to end my contract with Vodacom and ever want have to phone them ever again! They left me without a phone for a month cause of their mistake!!!
