I used to be a loyal customer of Nashua mobile for 8 years from 2000 to '08 until bad service made me move. Until recently I had no intention of returning to Nashua but I decided to give it another try. I ported my wifes cell phone from another SP to NB in Jan'12, as we have consolidated all our telecoms with Nashua the bill runs off my account, hence I placed a call limit on my wife's cellphone. Everymonth, the line doesnt unlock after we call the CC. I have to continously call the CC and normally after 4 - 5 calls or after 72hours the line is still locked. This has been happening now from last year to the present day. Every time I call the CC, I request that this be escalated and the CC agent duly says, "I have escalated a call and logged it with our IT department and this shouldnt occur any more" until the end of the month and nothing has changed! At the end of May, the line was locked around the 25th, and we expected it to unlock on the 1st of June as when the new airtime and Free minutes are received but till today, 3rd of June still not. Numerous call to the CC and no assistance. Why should I pay for a service that I cannot use??? I am displeased again and may move on.
