SOFTLOCKED AGAIN

I have been a Nashua Mobile client for more than 12 years. Have always maintained my account and my account is always paid up to date. After returning from holiday and due to international roaming, my phone was SOFTLOCKED (my account was R3500.00) with the only notification that it will be softlocked being a sms that I received 5 minutes before my phone was softlocked. I was then treated like a child and told that I will only be able to use my phone if I pay a holding deposit of R4000.00. My so called Credit Controller (Willemina) couldn't find the time to speak to me on the phone - no she told the call centre operator that "THE LEAST I COULD DO is pay R1500.00." Apparently my call limit is set at R105.00 - seriously??? My contract is a MTN Anytime 350 - which includes R350.00 airtime per month which means that from the 15th of this month until now I have spend more than R350.00 on airtime as I have just received a sms to tell me that I have reached my call limit and that my phone have been softlocked. This is absolute nonsense - I have never agreed to a call limit of R105.00. What if I am in a emergency? This is the thanks that I get after being a loyal customer?
