Unlocking calls

I have a contract with Nashua mobile (cell phone airtime, data bundles and modem data bundles). My airtime gets depleted before the months end sometimes and i have to call NAshua for top up and unlock. I have had several unpleasant experiences, where, i would phone in to top up, receive an sms confirming the top up has been done and that my phone has been unlocked, only to find later when i try to make a call that the phone is still locked. as a result i spend a lot of time on the phone just to get one little thing, to unlock the phone, done. However at the beginning of each month, Nashua is supposed to reload my monthly airtime and bundles, which they sometimes also fail to do, forcing me to call them to remind them to do what is supposed to be their job. As if this is not enough, the call centre asks for my cell numbers, which i do give them, and they go on to verify my ID. So today, being the 3rd, i am still waiting for Nashua to load my monthly airtime and unlock my phone. They sent me a message to the 1st to alert me that my phone is unlocked. But the phone is still locked. I called them from another phone today and they want to treat me like i don't deserve. I'm still soft locked.
