Hi,
I was recently informed that I was behind on a payment which was settled in October to the value of R1600. 2 weeks later, my phone was locked again for the same reason. I then walked into Nashua Mobile Sandton where they simply topped up my account and couldn't help me with a different contract which suit my needs as I am currently with Cell C on the Cell C Straight Up 100.
Within a week it was blocked again and they informed me that I have to pay up to unlock my phone again. I was charged with a further R1600 in the beginning of November and my phone is still locked. I emailed Nashua mobile on the 25th and all they requested from me were details. Nothing has been done since.
I've asked them to change my contract as I refuse to pay R1600 every month for a phone that is locked half the time. I've been with them for over 8 years and this is how a customer is treated these days. Unbelievable to say the least...
