I opened a contract agreement with Nashua Mobile on the 9 july 2013 using MTN network, now the the problem is am wrongly billed and my phone is always softlocked for the reasons I don't understand.when I took the contract we agreed that my call limit will be R5.00 as I was told that its a must for every contract user to have a call limit, to my surprise is that I end up paying more than the limit am supposed to be charged. Last month I received my airtime of R200, 200MB, 173 free minutes mtn to mtn and 173 sms on the 1st of Sept. on the 3rd of the same month I received a text that I have reached my 80% of my call limit, 2mnts after I received another text alerting me that I reached 100% and am softlocked. i called Nashua asked about this and I was told that I must do a temp increase so that they can unlock my phone. this month am experiencing the same thing, was soft locked on 2nd of oct a day after receiving my package. I logged a called this morning was assisted by the guy called Mondli told him my frustration about this. He asked me to do another temp increased of R5 and that he will investigate why am I being overcharged, requested him to send me the itemised bill statement.
