I have been a client of nashua mobile for many years. I have a softlock option on my cellphone line. I was softlocked on 22/6.I called the client services centre at 9am on 22/06.. sms's was sent to my cellphone indicating that the temporary increase has been approved and that the line will be unlocked in 2 to 24 hours. on monday 24 june it has still not been unlocked... 4 consultants later and 30 mins spent on the phone to client services and my cellphone is still "softlocked"... the reason is an IT problem stemming from MTN.
i am clearly losing money every miniute i am unable to make calls. upon enquiring if i have to pay for the calls to client services, i am informed that i have to pay 50% of the bill to their call centre and they are unable to refund calls to THEIR client centre for an answer on cellphone line that I PAY... furthermore one of the consultants said he will call back.
i hate empty promises. i am shocked that my line is still locked 50 hours after approval of temporary increase!!! i know that i have to call to nag to open my line... and pay for that call... told i can call till 21:30..guess what they closed!!!
