I recently upgraded a contract with Nashua Mobile in November 2012. My sister is the one who is using the phone. Before the end of December i was greeted with a bill that says i am owing R1198 for the two contracts i have with Nashua mobile. They said the phone in question ran a bill R667 despite setting a limit of R100. I phoned Nashua to say why the phone was not soft after reaching the set limit and i was told by their consultant that Nashua mobile incresed my limit to R500. I was supprised how can they increase the limit without my consent. In January the decided to soft They decided to soft lock the line and i asked them to unlock and till today i am still waiting. I made several calls and they will keep me on hold for 30 minutes with no answers. i even choose the option of leaving a message but they never phoned back. Even worse they told me that the cellphone sent an international SMS to Lesotho of which my sister deny of sending that SMS. I am dissaponted with the services that i have received from Nashua mobile. My other contract is coming to an end in the next 4 months and i have decided that i am not going to continue with it
