I wrote a complaint on this site almost a month ago regarding the bad service from the cell c accounts and customer service depts the only response i recieved via mail was that they would be in contact with me.
to date no response or resolution to my issue.
i have never come across any company where the customer has to insist on giving the service provider more business or where the customer is made to feel like the company is doing them a favor by giving them any service.
