Once again its Cell C and I, another complaint on Hello Peter about poor customer service from me!! after being credited twice with airtime in 1 month and the credit reversed Cell C still had the nerve to double debit me, i've phoned on 3 occasions from 31 May, have reference no's, spoken to 3 different people, advised them to speak to Blanche Opperman and still no response. how long do i have to wait for my refund??? who even said they should double debit??? Cell C has by far the worst customer service department i have ever come across!!! it seems the only way to get someone to respond is by complaining on this site!!
