Once again no response/action taken!!!

Once agin no response as promised, no action taken!!

I am upset, angry and disapointed at the lack of responsibility your company has taken in regards to my query.

I am not going to go into what it is i am looking for, it is your job to find out.

Look at the account and the previous enquirees i have made and possibly the previous email.

Also your agent Mbongeni was supposed to reopen the case and has failed to do so!!!

The debit of the account is due on 2013-02-28. I would like the issue fixed before that debit is fixed. I would also like to see what you as a company are going to do to keep a customer. And a mere apology will not do!!!

If this issue is not resolved by the debit date of the account, i will go to the telecomunications, this is not a threat. You have until then to resolve the issue and once again make a customer happy.

If you are looking for evidence, please be my guest and listen to the call recordings of all conversations to your team.

I expect a quick response and if you wish to call me, please do so after business hours.

I look forward to the response and hopefully a resolution to all this. As so far you have been useless!!
