I find it quite strange that Cell C doesn't respond to queries/complaints if directed by e-mail to customer service, however they are quick to respond to Hello Peter reports. Service is shocking! I e-mailed a consultant directly on 18 Jun and 11 Jul and to date I have received no response. I have the emails. The other consultant that contacted me after my last report on Hello Peter committed herself to send me an e-mail to confirm the issue has been resolved to date NO RESPONSE. I do not want a consultant of cell c to contact me I request that a senior person makes contact with me.
