I want to move across from Vodacom to Cell C and have tried calling the Cell C call centre on numerous occassions but am yet to speak to someone. I keep getting the recorded message to drop the customer service centre an e-mail or I get placed on hold forever. I have now sent a total of 5 e-mails to your customer service e-mail address and have STILL NOT received a response.
What does one have to do to get some customer service from Cell C? I am a potentially new customer yet it appears you are not interested in new business! I am beyond frustrated with the poor service levels received from your company and judging by the other posts on this website and others I am not the only one.
