Sick of typing these threads, I had enough of you guys. this process started on the 17th of April... I don't think that anyone at Cell C actually knows what is going on... NO ONE has event tried to contact me, just a response on Hello Peter promising that you will? I really believe that you are the worst company when it comes to customer service! After not getting a response from custserv@cellc I wrote the following thread on HelloPeter :

and I was promised, and have this on email, that my contract was cancelled and my last invoice will be 1 May... Then I received another bill last week saying that another payment will go 1 July... I then wrote back Mbongeni Ntshangase per email to ask why, 5 emails later no reply and I even copied custserv@cellc. I then wrote the following thread and was promised that someone will get back to me 2 weeks ago
