Still no response from Cell C

I wrote this about 3 weeks ago still no response from Cell C or Blanche??

Can someone, anyone from cell C please contact me to let me know what is my balance.. I dont get any statements or invoices and when i phone to find out, the consultant escalate the query but to no avail. Phoned in twice the past week but no response... Bad bad service form a " telecommunication " company!!! No 0845842444

We have just noted that "Blanche" was listed, as the person responsible. Since she does have a background on the above, we have referred the matter through to her.
