I ns mugavazi called 808 number and spoke to jabulile ntshalintshali on the at about 13h45pm inconnection with my account that took a hike from 368p/m to 427p/m, she explained that my contract has ended and i didn't write cancellation letter so i asked now that i am finished is it no suppose to be lesser since i have finished paying for the handset she agreed that there is a mistake and shall write a credit note on my account i then asked for prepaid and keep the number she emailed the form and said i should fill in nd send back and i did just that the following day i had problems i called again and spoke to palisa who told me different story and was rude later on the day i discovered that i have only R7.52 whilst i had R72.20 so when trying to call i am experiencing problem the number is now on prepaid after i have been charged for the whole BIS amount plus airtime NO NOTIFICATION GIVEN NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT IS GONNA HAPPEN AS THIS IS INCONVINIENCING MY COMMUNICATION WITH MY MEETINGS EMAILS ETC. I have been on contract with MTN for more that 7yrs this is very bad customer service the least that can be done is to explain and be given a choice to choose to be in this situation.
