This is now the 2nd time I am writing to you in this regard. I have a internet contract with you which was supposed to cost me R150 per month for 2GB. To ensure that I dont go over my limit, I pay an additional R5.49 to have my line cut when exceeded. Well your last reponse was a pathetic, sorry it wont happen again, well guess what it has. My costs for october was R337.09.
There is no itemised billing for the data package yet I there has only been one month where I have not exceed my limit & you have only cut me off after I have incurrred huge additional fees. So for something was supposed to cost r150 per month, it costs me double and more each month. Please cancel this contract as I am going to the consumer protection act.
