Why Does Vodacom put a limit on Airtime Transfers

What is Vodacom's reasoning behind putting a limit on how much airtime or bundle I can transfer to someone else? Forcing me to buy more airtime so that I can transfer a bundle can only be described as greed. I had over R300 but I could only transfer a bundle of R99. I really dont like someone telling me how to spend my money. People should have the liberty to do what they want with their money
