POOR SERVICE, FAIL TO INFORM CLIENT TIMEOUSLY

I went to vodacom 4 U, shop in Clearwater mall in June to transfer the ownership of my personal cell phone contract to my current company's name, The shop assistant did not know how to do the transfer and have to ask several people of what information and application form I need to fill in. The assistant said someone called Sadie will get back to me to inform me if the application is successful or not. 2 weeks later I did not get any response from the shop. I went into the store again to request the status, the shop assistant ask me to complete another form again to do the transfer and said on Monday the will call me and I can tell them which cell phone package I would like to take out. I did not receive any calls then, in July I called Vodacom call centre to found out what is the status in the system and the call centre assistant informed me I have been approved with the business contract but no one informed me to go into the store to verify therefore it has been expired. I was very upset and called Sadie and Zolile to find out why no one informed and they all promised to get back but no response. Today I called again left message with manager but no response. I am fed up!
