Hello,
I signed a three year contact at Montana and paid the full amount upfront. The consultant promised me that should I ever transfer to any branch, only a small transfer fee would be applicable.
Now, a year later, I am trying to transfer my contract to Centurion. I paid the transfer fee they requested on the spot. Now, however, I am informed that I must pay an additional R2, 800! What the heck is this all about suddenly? What's the point of a three year paid-in-full contract if I have to pay more than half again if I transfer?
I want either: transfer my contract to Centurion without charging additional fees, or give me a refund on the remaining months. I have already signed with a personal trainer at Centurion. The consultants promised the moon and the stars to sign me, and said the transfer would not be a problem and no insane additional fees will be applicable.
I tried phoning Head Office, to no avail.
Sort this out ASAP, as am I NOT happy!
