Nashua Mobile
After receiving my S3 in Aug/Sep last year the LCD stopped responding after 3 weeks.
1st. I booked in the phone for repairs. When I received the phone back there was clearly a loose connection as the speakers on the phone did not work properly. The loud speaker distorted and the small speaker that you listen to when making a call kept on cutting out. It got to a stage that I had to twist the phone to just to be able to hear the person on the other side of the call.
2nd. I booked the phone in explaining the situation. I got a back after a week with a note "Main board replaced". The phone still had exactly the same problem. The Nashua mobile technician had a look at the phone and he advised that the "flex cable" is faulty.
3rd. I booked the phone in some time after that with the instruction to replace the flex cable. I got a phone back a week after that with a note " Replaced the main board". I was livid that they still didn't't replace the flex cable but the phone seemed to work so I took it with the idea that the problem has now been resolved.
It's been 4 days - Same Problem - I expect a replacement - Talks with Nashua has been unsuccessful!!!
