Blackberry Z10 worse that Nashua Mobile service

I upgraded my phone after a 6 month dispute with Nashua that's still not sorted out to the new Z10 and what a disappointment almost as bad as Nashua's service.
I received my "New" phone 17/4/2013 from Nashua Brooklyn and on my way home phoned someone that couldn't hear me so thought its the network and reset my phone so it worked.
After two days again phoned someone that couldn't hear me and again reset my phone so people could hear me. After a while I decided it could not go on like this and contacted Nashua Brooklyn that told me to take the phone to a Blackberry specialist at Menlyn MTN.
There I spoke to Llewellyn that did everything he could and even phoned his head office to find out why. after hours of trying he told me to take the phone to Midrand MTN where there are someone that would try but according to him it has to be replaced. Well I did and after hours he told me to book it in it's a problem on the phone. What a surprise I booked it in 6/5/2013 and received it back with the same problem, booked it in again13/5/2013 and are still waiting, what a peace of for a brand new phone that I could not use for a week at once.
