Good day. We have been trying to get a I-phone 5 power cable replaced. The cable was of a cheap quality and broke the 1st day of using it. I have reported the fault with the Tzaneen Nashua Mobile branch in the first 30 days. Have tried to get the cable exchanged in a Nashua Mobile branch in Johannesburg but was told that I can only have it looked at and replaced by the place I bought it from. The faulty cable was send via post to the Tzaneen branch in July. the cable was received and then send to their Polokwane branch. I have not heard from them again since the 2nd of august 2013. Just spoke to head office now they going to replace your cable with a better quality one there might be a payment required from you, but will keep you up to date as soon as I hear more, can't tell you how long it will take but we just waiting for somebody from Tzn to go to Polokwane or vice versa, but will let you know as to what's happening.
