Utterly hopeless at delivering parcels. For two days, I received messages saying "Your Parcel Will Be Delivered Today." However, nothing arrived. On the tracking page, it states that the driver couldn't find me. I had my phone with me the entire time, and there was no communication whatsoever. Avoid Fastway. Don't make the same mistake I did. I have learned from my experience that I will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone.
