The following issues that were not disclose to us:
one headlight working
Things are falling off
windows stretched
brakes making noise
starting to shake while driving.
seat belt cover broken
wheel cover falling off
door handle loose
noise coming from the back while driving not knowing where it came from.
Now you want to send someone to fix, these were suppose to be fix before you sell the car, Travor said we must pay for service, I disagree with that, there is no proof of service for this car, and if we return it the car won't be re-serviced.
They refuse if we want to return the car and cancel the deal, they say we need to pay for service done on the car, they are saying they will send someone to fix these things.
They promise to reply on email and sending confirmation that the car was serviced.
This is non compliant with Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 section 16,20,29 and 55.
They are now ignoring my email and not responding, we took the car Suzuki Ertiga 2019 on Saturday - 25 November 2023
