I applied for a change of contract ownership on the 02/02/2013 and was told it would take a month max. Almost 4 months later and nothing!!! I had a call from the branch manager at Steenberg saying the issue would be sorted out, with which I trusted him. Today I got a nice bill for the contract that was supposed to be changed, and then called 808 only to be told that the account is still in my name. I PAID R200 for a service I have not received and I am utterly disgusted. I will be calling my bank tomorrow to put a stop on the debit order. You have the details of the correct person to bill! I am highly ticked off and I don't want a call with empty promises again I just want action on what I PAID for.
