Signed for a contract of R200. The first 3 months my bill was R200. then it went it up to R257 per month for the remainder of the contract period.
A. I went to Canal Walk 3 times to complain. They ask me to stand one side and someone will attend to me. I then wait till up to an hour, and then leave.
B. I called the cell c call centre. They advised that the reason my bill was more than R200 was because I did not stipulate a THRESHOLD. I then stipulated a threshold of R200. Unfortunately my bill remained R257..
C. After many calls, I was told the way I activate my service on a monthly basis has changed. I was given a procedure to follow. this procedure was followed but no change to my monthly bill.
I called the call centre they advised they swopped option 1 with option 2. I need to follow the same procedure but choose a different option. I did this, but my bill remained R257.
D. With a few months left in the contract I phoned call centre again. They said that I chose the R257 online based on the options I selected. I advised that I signed for a contract of R200. Why did it work for the first few months?
My contract has now expired. I subsidized cell c with R57 for 2yrs.
