Disgust with client service!

I had loan with Capitec which was handed over to MBD as result of me experienced financial problems. They contacted me about 3 months ago and as a result of my financial position that changed i could now make them an offer of R200 pm to pay back this loan. Then I asked the person at MBD if we can do a debit order on my bank account which was refused by the person from MBD and was told that I have to go and pay it straight into MBD bank account. Again I asked for banking details! Never got that! A week later I got a call from MBD and again was told to go and pay the R200 into the bank account and again when I asked for bank details again I was told that I must write it down and I could not because I was driving at the time! That went on for 2 months! Then -2 weeks ago I got a cal from them and a very nice guy talked to me I explained to him what is going on and he immediately sms me all the banking details! Wow! I paid the amount via eft and received a sms to thank me! Again I got a call from MBD and again I was out for not paying the account! I spoke to about 10 people! They don't mind when they call you or how they speak to you! I want a written apology from MBD!
