Desperate times call for desperate measures

This is the 3rd time I have logged a complain on HELLOPETER, all three have been for Autopage. (Well done autopage)
Please keep in mind it is not that I have only had 3 problems.
There is a new issue each month without fail.
This complaint is regarding the fact that I paid my bill at Easy Pay, the following day I received an SMS to say that my bill has not been paid, I immediately called customer care and was told that I should ignore the SMS because payment has been received.
The very next day I was disconnected.
After calling customer care again and realizing they had made a mistake I was reconnected, but I have been charged a disconnection fee and a reconnection fee.
THIS WAS NOT MY MISTAKE IT WAS YOURS HOW CAN YOU CHARGE ME!!!

I removed the debit orders due to over charging, although even after removing the debit orders they still debited my account after payment was made.

I was told by the last person that dealt with me that my account would be credited R200 because I keep having to, at my expense, sort out AUTOPAGE issues. I have not seen this R200 Cr.
I am also not allowed to cancel due to breach of contract???
