DISGUSTED WITH THIS NETWORK

I AM A FIRST TIME CONTRACT HOLDER, AND DECIDED TO MOVE FROM A VERY EFFICIENT NETWORK PROVIDER OVER TO 8ta AS THE PROMISES MADE SEAMED ENLIGHTING AND EXTREMELY EXCITING FOR A FIRST TIMER. I HAVE HAD MY PHONE FOR THE 2ND MONTH NOW AND HAVE BEEN DISGUSTED WITH WHAT HAS OCCURED. WHEN COMPLETING MY CONTRACT I TICKED DEBIT ORDER, ONLY TO FIND OUT LATER THAT THESE PEOPLE DID NOT PUT THE DEBIT ORDER THROUGH, LEAVING ME IN ARREARS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE - I THEN RECEIVED AN SMS TO SAY THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. I HAVE CONTACTED THE 8ta "CUSTOMER CARE" - NOT THEY CARE - AND SPOKE TO 3 PEOPLE, INCLUDING THE MANAGER TO WHICH NONE OF THEM WERE WILLING TO ASSIST, THEY TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE 3 - 7 WORKING DAYS TO INVESTIGATE AS TO WHY THEY DID NOT DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT. I AM HIGHLY DISGUSTED IN THIS ATROCIOUS SERVICE AND AM WANTING TO CANCLE MY CONTRACT IMMEDIATLEY AND MOVE TO ANOTHER NETWORK BECAUSE THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER CARE OR SERVICE THEY MADE THE ERROR NOW I MUST SIT WITH NO NETWORK FOR THE NEXT 7 DAYS UNABLE TO MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS. DISPICAPLE SERVICE I WILL NOT RECOMMEND 8ta TO ANYONE WHO IS WANTING TO CHANGE OVER. UNLESS SOMEONE CAN CORRECT THIS IMMEDIATLEY I AM GOING TO CANCLE.
