I logged a complained on Hello Peter and received a telephone call on my original complaint just to be told that my complaint will be sent to the Tygervalley branch as they need to deal with my problem. Today I received my June bill which is ridiculous and higher than my May bill. In two months a R 99 / month 2gig data bundle cost me almost R1200 because the sales consultant did not do her job. When I took out the contract I requested that she cap both contracts with R1 and she only did the one contract.
I will not pay these account until they resolve this issue. I will go to my bank this morning to cancel this debit order.
