POOR SERVICES - SICK AND TIRED OF CALLING ABSA

I don't know where to start but I've really heard it with ABSA. Since I took vehicle finance over 4 years back & my debit order date has been the 27th ever since & someone decided to change it to the 1st without informing me. I told them that I never called to change it & requested that they send me voice records if they insist that I requested the date change & I'm still waiting. I spend over R300 calling the call center & from one office to another. I was even given a number of the account office & all I get stupid empty promises & no action now I'm tired of this ill-treatment. Today is the 2nd & the payment is still not debited so I will not be held responsible if I use my money, it will be ABSA's fault because this is the 4th month I've been following this up & no one is willing to do anything about this!

I need my debit order changed to the original date and I'm still waiting for telephone records which indicates that I called and requested the date to be changed to the 1st.
