Double Debit order for CANCELLED contract

I bought new car in August 2013, signed first contract with MFC where later I got a call from the dealer stating the contract signed was wrong, due to wrong figures where I then went to a sign new contract which was altered with correct figures was told by the dealer they sent the paperwork for the first contract would be cancelled. on Saturday the 2nd of November they debited me not only for the correct contract but also the cancelled one it is Friday the 8th of November and the issue has still not been resolved after countless FAILED attempts to rectify the issue. What frustrates me is that I have to run after them only to be told the paperwork has been done to transfer the money and will be paid on Wednesday it still has not been paid yet I am now furious because they don't call back when they say they will and make empty promises and I have tried to be patient as tomorrow is a week. the worst part is they took my money that I needed to pay my other debt so I am falling behind due to their negligence and on top of it I will have to pay the bank charges for the reversal. I am disgusted at how I have to nag for MY MONEY that they took for a CANCELLED NON EXISTANT contract...
