I have recently laid a complaint on the MTN webpage reference number MTN REQ: 1971511. I had requested a change of ownership of contract on the 02/02/2013 and to my disgust, I was debited with the account and after calling the MTN call center I was told the contract is in my name.
I do not have time to go down to the shop I issued the request with. We handed in all paper work and paid the R199 fee. The person who is taking over the contract is an exsisting MTN customer. I would really appreciate it if this matter could be sorted out. I am an otherwise happy customer.
