What is the point of complaining to Telkom when they just don't give a rats about their clients. I complained about the ADSL line that has not been working for almost 2 months. All I got was a response on this site from Muvo Thusi asking me for more information which I emailed on two occasions afew days ago. No surprise that its still not operating and that the Escalation Centre has done nothing more about this. Is there anyone that works for this pathetic company actually capable of resolving this issue or actually gives a about its so called clients? Wish I had a business that people for a living and gets paid for it.
