New Contract Application-48hours pass-no response!

I applied@MTN Direct for a new contract on Tuesday, firstly the contact numbers displayed on the MTN Website, are incorrect! The only contact number I have managed to get through, usually there is no response so i have to keep trying, and the e-mail address on the website is of no use! Firstly, the agent that I was dealing with, did not know what she was doing, Called me back 5 times as she missed out information for the application, and I was at work! Secondly, I was advised that the contract takes up to 48 hours to be processed, when i called yesterday, the agent told me the application has been approved, just awaiting the porting of the number I have submitted. Now, 48 hours have passed, no one has provided feedback, I tried the contact number 083 869 8012, no one answers! Also the 083 123 3667 number, just disconnects! 083 1808 does not transfer me to speak to a consultant and disconnects as well! I WANT FEEDBACK ASAP OR ELSE!!!

I would like to know what the is going on with my application, as i am purchasing this as a gift for my dad!
Also, I was a bit adament on signing up with MTN as I have heard numerous complaints by others, but the phone requested by my dad is on a good deal! Plea
