AFTER MUCH HASSLE WITH THE MTN DIRECT CALL CENTRE, I HAD TO TERMINATE MY APPLICATION, AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED FEEDBACK WITH REGARD TO THE APPLICATION AND WAS ALWAYS GIVEN FALSE HOPE AND INFORMATION EACH TIME I CALLED FROM A NON MTN NUMBER! I WENT TO THE STORE AT CITY VIEW SHOPPING CENTRE IN DURBAN, COMPLETED MY APPLICATION FORM AND WAS AWAITING A PORTING FORM TO BE EMAILED TO ME AS THE GUY BY THE NAME OF HADDHI TOLD ME THE PRINTER WAS NOT IN WORKING ORDER! A DAY HAS PASSED, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE FORM, I TRIED CALLING THEIR NUMBER 0838698012 - IT GETS RE-ROUTED TO MTN GROUP! LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE A LADY BY THE NAME OF MANDISA TO GET HIM TO CALL ME, DID'NT RECEIVE ANY FEEDBACK! SENT AN E-MAIL TO [Email Removed] STILL NO FEEDBACK! WHAT THE IS GOING ON WITH MTN? TO THINK THAT YOU GUYS WOULD PROCESS APPLICATIONS QUICK IF ALL IS IN ORDER? I ACTUALLY HAD TO MAKE TIME YESTERDAY TO GO TO THE STORE AS IT IS SOMETHING THAT I URGENTLY NEEDED DONE! HOW DO I CONTACT A STORE THAT DOES NOT HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER! SOME ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS ABOVE WOULD BE NICE. I AM ON THE VERGE OF REPORTING MTN TO THE CONSUMER BOARD OF COUNCIL AND A LAWYER AS I FEEL THAT I AM WASTING MY TIME!
