I have done an online application for a loan which has been pre approved and left a message for a consultant to contact me. The consultant did contact me only to inform me that she could assist me because my application has been handed to another department. The consultant then gave me a number to contact regarding my application.

I then called that number and the consultant informed me that she as well could not assist me and gave me another number to contact regarding my application. I then called that number as well only to be informed by the consultant that they could not assist me and gave me another number to call.

I called in on that number sadly only to be informed by the consultant that they could not assist as well and informed me that the person that I first spoke to needs to help me. I informed the consultant that I have already been through that channel and was given numbers to contact which brought me to them. The consultant then informed me that she was going to speak to her superior and contact me without even taking my number!!!

This is very poor service from a bank that says..."HOW CAN WE HELP YOU"!!!
