NO FEEDBACK / RESPONSE

On Tuesday the 1st of October I received a call from a consultant, She processed my contract application over the phone and was advised by her that my contract has been approved.
She told me someone from the call centre will call me to arrange delivery, but nobody called so I called Telkom mobile this morning to find out what is happening with my application only to find out that my ID number: is not on the system, I was then told to call cell direct. I called cell direct only to find out that my ID number: is not on the system. Now can somebody please let me know what the is going on here R129.00 has been debit from my account,
