I submitted an application for a new contract on Friday 31st May at the Canal walk branch. I haven't had any feedback since then. I don't have the consultant's number and there are no contact details on the website. I called on 021 527 2000 and the lady there said she sent the consultant - Khaya an e-mail asking him to contact me - still i haven't had a response. Just how hard is it to pick up the phone and provide me with some feedback? I'm really disappointed!!
