No service from MTN Nicolway

I went to the MTN store at the Nicolway on the 31/01/2013 to apply for a second cell phone contract, I filled in all the forms, and gave her all the documents required that included 3 months bank statements, proof of residence, ID and Payslip. After completing all the forms and submitting my application the lady told me I will be contacted once my account is approved.

I still have not been contacted 3 working days later?

I then tried to contact the shop, and got the number of the Nicolway website 083 209 1956, when I phoned the number the number is out of order and no longer exists. I then proceeded to the MTNSP website and got a different number 083 8696616 when I phoned this number it rang but no one answers the phone (I tried 3 times).

I then phoned MTN Direct on 083-123-3667 and asked for sales, when I asked if they could tell me the status of my order they said that they do not deal with shop orders, I then asked to speak with someone that I can lodge a complaint with and they hung the phone up on me.

I think it would be quicker to got to Autopage and they have a better deal than MTN!

Make sure you advertise the correct numbers on the website please!!!
