I have taken out my 5th or 6th contract out now with cellc, when I did the application on line a consultant from cellc direct called me and we did the application telephonically, I was then offered my previous number which was on pre-paid to and I was more than happy to accept that number as all my contacts has that number... a week and a half later the phone gets delivered and when I put the phone on the its take like 24 hours to activate the sim, then a get a completely different number I then contact cellc and log a request that I get my pre-paid number as my contract number give the reference number 3081501796 I then get told that it will take 24 to 48 hours for cellc to action my request and get back to me, 3 to 4 days later I call as no response from cellc, then I get told they still busy with my request and it normally take 24 to 48 working hours, where in my first call they never stipulate working hours or just normal hours, I then just say ok fine, 2 days later I call back and then they say my request is now handed to another department which handles the change of number, cellc come fetch your phone today please.
