Disgusted in the MTN services

I have been a client of MTN for 12 years, i have cancelled one contract with them but kept the other. I lost a sim card and did a sim swap but only did it after 2 - 3 mnths. When I did a sim swap I went through a major problem with MTN, the sim card did not work even after receiving a new one until now. I pay for a service where I get airtime on a monthly basis, in the 3 mnths now I have lost all my airtime whereas I was to get the airtime. The simcard was not used, they gave me the run arounds, I phone and email but no one comes back to me instead the staff at the stores are sitting and making themselves look nice, instead of seeing to the customer they have their own conversations that is when i refused to go to the store, not only one but three of them. the service is so bad. All I want is my airtime that I have paid for or I demand they cancel this contract as well. the number I am refering to is 0718729217
