I cancelled my contract on 28th of February 2013 and shortly afterwards lost my SIM card. i was told that i had to forfeit the R500 worth of airtime that was on that SIM card as i was not able to provide the last 5 or 10 dialed numbers from my number, To say I was off would be an understatement but as I was not willing to deal with these knobs, i let it go. The thing that really irritates me is that these refused to assist me to do a SIM swap so i had to lose airtime i had paid for and to top it off, when i did a loan application i find that Vodacom is still listed on my credit profile as if i still have an active contract with them.
??? Fix this now as this affects my credit score...
