Originally I had 2 legacy fax and data numbers which MTN could not remove and in an attempt to do it myself I only managed to add 2 additional numbers which MTN is now also unable to remove. Thus, there are now 4 of these numbers which for some reason no one at MTN is capable of removing.
Below is a copy of query (99720704) in which MTN claims problem has been fixed. Also note that it took 21 days for this query to be serviced (unsuccessfully).
